Opinion from Oklahoma: Future water shortages ahead? Blame climate change

Since we're among the skeptics on the issue, [global warming] we're also skeptical about [this] and its motives for pumping it to an uncritical media. Nevertheless, water shortages have been a fact of life for Oklahoma and most Western states.
